This page explains the principles we follow when collecting and using family data. It is an initial policy for the early-access website and should receive legal review before commercial launch.
Information we currently collect
When a parent joins the early-access list, we collect the parent's name, email address, country, child's grade, curriculum or textbook name, and any optional note the parent chooses to provide. We ask parents not to submit the child's name or sensitive personal information through this form.
How we use information
- Manage the waitlist and communicate about early access.
- Understand which curricula and grade levels families request most.
- Improve the product design and family experience.
Child data
The current marketing website does not ask children to create accounts and does not collect information directly from them. When the learning product launches, student profiles will use nicknames, parental consent will be required, and the required product data will be explained separately.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell family data or use it for targeted advertising. Infrastructure providers may process limited data only as necessary to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist information while it is needed for product communication, or until the person who submitted it asks us to delete it.
